		<description>I personally think that this is a wise decision.  We’re faced with a bunch of news regarding famous artworks get stolen or pirated.  Where do these things happen?  These things happen in museums, exhibits, and the likes.  In order to avoid continuous happenings of the same events then we should just ‘follow the rules.’</description>
