I&#039;m just thinking about how all this: Persuasion Technologies/Architectures, Jared Spool&#039;s Seductive Design, HFI&#039;s Persuasion Emotion and Trust, and Don Norman visceral-behavioural-reflection … stuff can be brought together in a consultancy setting to help commercial and public sector sites achieve their goals, over and above being usable. 

PS: The Oxford Street sloping bench made me laugh out loud.
